Very bad experience …
Initially they told me it would take 1 week to fix my issue, and 30£. After 3 weeks I chased still nothing, then they told me it would be 120£. Happily I detected they were trying to fix something that wasn’t broken, so saved 20£, but still paid the other 100£ to finally discover that whatever they changed within the laptop didn’t solve at all the issue I described.
On top of this bad result, I can tell they obviously didn’t take care of the laptop while they had it in their hands, when I got it back it had scratches and a missing pad …
So after 3 monthes, 100£, my laptop is even worse than before and I lost of lot of time and energy to chase …
