It’s nice to have a proper local family restaurant in a city filled with chains and trendy pop ups. Not creating a «brand» means this place has true character, the food was good to ok, not bad, not amazing but I guess the charm of this place is about the whole thing. The selection on the menu is pretty good, they make their own pasta, have some nice ingredients like Nduja and the portion sizes were pretty big. It’s not a place to come for food from the highest echelons but that’s probably not what they are going for, but more about the whole experience. The food is good and it’s a nice cosy place to come for a relaxed dinner with family or friends.

This is one of the best family run restaurants I’ve been in they are really friendly, serve very good food and going on the Monday to Thursday main and glass of wine for £10 it’s a good midweek deal, but you’ll have to book because the locals love it.

Fantastic! A quaint little Italian place where you wouldn’t expect to find one. Handmade pasta and excellent regional cooking. This place is a real gem I almost don’t want to tell anyone about it. My only suggestion: more specials please(set lunch/brunch on weekends etc). a little tip: not many people know it is surprisingly well connected to the tube(a short walk to the bakerloo line/buses). you do need to book in advance nowadays as it gets very busy on weekends

Ida is a lovely little resturant with a very family feel. The menu was plentyful, very interesting and well priced. The house red was very good and definately got the evening going.

A very, very pleasing discovery. Ida is a discreetly located, delightful Italian trattoria that is so genuine and honest you could mistake it for the real thing in Italy. I haven’t ordered pasta outside of Italy since I first went to Rome in 1994 and realised that it’s a universe mostly misunderstood and frequently abused elsewhere. I was persuaded to order pasta on this occasion and had a tagliatelle all’amatriciana so disarmingly delicious, subtle and heart-warming that I am sure to return to this excellent Queen’s Park restaurant. The stand-out item on the antipasti menu is a delicate, crispy aubergine, perfectly cooked and lovingly presented. The wine list is a little brief, but the prices are keen. The pasta here can stand up to the great Da Giacomo in Milan. Heartily recommended.

Really nice food with a lovely atmosphere. There was an unusual and innovative menu however it is very expensive. Not the place to go for a cheap night out.
