Ambiente: Ein Low budget Hotel für den einfachen Bedarf. Nichts besonderes und vorallem unter Anbetracht des hohen Preises eher ernüchternd. Jedoch sind in London leider sehr hohe Hotelpreise Standard
Service: Der Grund dafür das es nur 3 von 5 Sternen gibt ist der Service. Nett jedoch habe ich den Eindruck das dort jeden Monat neue Mitarbeiter sind die vom Auftreten eher an Praktikanten erinnern und meistens aus dem Ausland kommen mit nicht so gutem Englisch
Küche: Die Küche ist gut, Abendessen und Frühstücken kann man dort sehr gut

We are just back from our city-​trip in London, and we stayed 2 nights at this hotel.
We had room 517, and the view we had was BREATHTAKING. For no extra money we got an amazing view on «The Shard». The bed was comfy, and although I’m a picky «sleeper», my nights were perfect.
The room itself was good, not big, but not small either, considered we’re in London (we’ve had smaller rooms in Paris!). Agreed, the rooms could use a little improvement, hence the –1 * (a chip on the wardrobe door, a neon light around the bed that is constantly flickering, a somewhat used chair, …).
Breakfast is basic, but enough to keep you going until late lunch. The Wi-​Fi is free, and is fast, which is a big plus.
You’re just a few minutes’ walk from The Shakespeare Globe, Borough Market and the Underground London Bridge.
What we really appreciated is the fact that on our last day, we asked of they could keep our luggage while wandering around town a little more. It was possible, and it saved us quite a few £ (and time!). The staff was always really helpful.
All in all, we’ve had an amazing stay, considered the view and the price we paid for the room.

Es un hotel aceptable. Su situación es notable sin llegar a estar en el centro. Tene cerca lugares de interés como los puentes Millenium o Tower, St. Paul, Borough market, Tate modern.
El desayuno Buffet no es de calidad bajo mi punto de vista. Estas en Londres y no hay ni un trozo de bacon. Algo de panadería, fruta, cereales, yoghurt. y embutido. Muy escaso.
Las habitaciones son comodas.

En general está muy bien. Nuevo, moderno, limpio, el servicio muy atento y amable. Es silencioso y está muy cerca del centro y del metro y de algunos lugares importantes de interés turístico de Londres. Pero he de decir que me esperaba en el bufet del desayuno más variedad o al menos la posibilidad de hacer el «desayuno inglés», en este tema lo veo un poco escaso. Por lo demás, muy bien.
