We stopped here for a bite while we were shopping at Portobello Market. I had the breakfast pie but I can’t remember what my mom and sister got– a chicken pot pie, maybe. These were the worst pies I’ve ever tasted. Just terrible, cardboardy crust with desiccated filling. They were so bad, the knowledge that I had eaten something that horrifying(they were like 5 pounds, of course I had to finish) actually ruined the rest of the day for me. It was like eating pure evil. Avoid avoid avoid.

If you find yourself in need of eating humble pie, look no further… fantastic pot pies to be found at Humble Pie On a rainy Saturday at Portobello Road Market, was looking for a little snack that was tasty & would warm me up Enter Humble Pie — Veggie Pot Pie Lots of warm, soft, potatoes, peas, carrots & broccoli — embraced in a flavorful white sauce… cheese melted on top to give it a crusty, topping & it was incredibly yummy Only downside? Could have used a bit more filling & when compared to a Cornish Pastie, the pastie wins out — but this is a strong 4-star worthy!
