Golders Green Hotel

We had some friends over from Spain so we wanted to find somewhere cheap and local for them to stay. I have passed this place on several occasions. So this place came to mind when trying to think of a local guest house.
My friends told me that the room which was en-​suite was very small and the bed was hard. They said they thought it had not been cleaned properly. The décor was in need of attention. It had a really cheap feel to the whole place. Apparently the breakfast was also crap.
Golders Green Hotel is not really so much of a hotel but more like a large guest house so don’t imagine you are going to get the anonymity of a large hotel. The rooms vary and I was told to try to get one at the back as the noise of the traffic can be heard from the front when you open the window.
My friends had nothing good to say of this place and found the hosts to be abit aloof. They do not recommend this hotel.
