I have done Gavin’s boot camp( ) twice and cannot recommend it enough! I am decently fit, but needed something different to keep up my motivation to do physical activity, so a friend and I thought we’d give this a go. The first year I did Hyde Park and the next Lincoln’s Fields in Holborn(this one was run by Gavin). Both were 3 nights a week for a month. The sessions are a combination of cardio and strength activities and are great because they use minimal props(can’t think of the right word!)-I think all we used was a jump rope-so its easy to recreate the sessions at home once the camp finishes. Also, I think they only take 15 people or less per camp, so its a good size group to work out with. And, all levels of fitness were definitely catered for. If you do it, I suggest following the eating plan you are given. The first camp I followed it to the letter and saw great results and felt so energized! The second camp I thought I could cheat a bit and didn’t have as good of results(but still good!).
