My wife and I booked full medical assessments with Galen through a groupon voucher. The clinic cancelled on us multiple times and made us go through all sorts of hoops to reschedule. After cancelling for the 3rd time, they refused to refund us the money and referred us to Groupon. Horrible customer service and basically a scam to get you to pay membership.
