A decent place to pick grub in the later hours. We usually end up picking kebab from the husband’s regular spot or a meal from KFC on our late night jaunts. But we decided to go with Fiori as it was less walking(with heels on for 6 hours, every square inch of extra walking matters!). Food is strictly ok. I won’t go much into it because this is a place you go to for a quick hunger pang fix. So resort to Fiori only if you are desperate for grub. I find it overpriced for the sad quality of food. Service is fairly quick.

This is a crowded, very touristy place by Leicester Square. It was convenient for us as a quick stop off before visiting the Hippodrome Casino across the street. My wife’s little pizza was quite mediocre. I wasn’t too impressed with the dinner-type options. On the other hand, my cheesecake and coffee were both just what I wanted. Would recommend as a reasonably priced coffee and dessert stop in the area, but wouldn’t get dinner here.

Fast friendly convenient. Great people watching at the corner haring cross. But that’s where the positives and for me. The pizza«margarita«was frozen out of the box. Terrible. Caesar salad was more like rocket with ranch. And what’s with the 10% surcharge over 20 pound? £30 for a frozen pizza and salad. Failure. They also refused my £20 note saying it was too old? Skip this place.

The owner is was pretty rude. First time in London and I was treated like anyone else. Really sad esp that the food is decent. But knowing that you have customers make up for that I assume! Good food, horrible service!!! Any American needs to find something more convenient and affordable.

My review may be a little bias, I came here after having drunk a little too many pints, but I loved this place! It looked liked a big high school cafeteria! Everyone was chatting to everyone and was super friendly. I had a creamy chicken pasta dish that I found delicious ! The place is open till very late which makes it an ideal stop when you have a midnight craving ! I’ll definitely be coming back soon !

Pretty ideally located this restaurant is more or less a nice café. The food is good not great. I’ve had things I loved there like the cheesecake and things I didn’t like the veggie pizza. But I kept coming back. The prices are reasonable for the amount of food and the service is good. It’s just a nice place to check out with a friend.

I had both the lamb and chicken shawerma here and they both were awful. My friends had other dishes and none of them liked it. This is a touristic spot with a prime location. However, the food is awful. London has a lot to offer, don’t waste your money here.

I didn’t eat but my friend ordered a kebab of some description, that when unwrapped, looked like nothing but mayo covered stuff. Yes stuff! I have no idea if what I was looking at was ‘meat’ or ‘salad’. After less them 10 bites my friend put ‘it’ in the bin.

I came here before seeing Much Ado About Nothing at the Wyndham Theatre across the street. Space was at a premium – I had to squeeze past a number of customers, and accidentally tipped someone’s chair trying to do so.(Oy!) During our meal, I scooted my chair way in so the waitresses and other patrons could squeeze past me and make their way to the windowseats. Yet despite the frenzied atmosphere of the restaurant, I still enjoyed the food. I ordered a salad w/walnuts, crumbly cheese, and a pleasant dressing. I found it satisfying, and thankfully it held me over through the play. Also, due to the close quarters, we ended up conversing a bit more with the people around us, if only in passing. I closed the meal out with a nice cup of tea.

Never that busy, but satisfying enough. I get the lox on a wheat bagel. Love people watching, so I love this place. I’ve had better lox, but the location is key. Definitely will come back.

The Four Seasons Pizza: artichoke, capers, ham, pepperoni and mushrooms. The pizza of my dreams! And the Stromboli Pizza suited my boyfriends taste with EXTRA pepperoni. Really great spot that’s suprisingly affordable considering the location and major tourist element. The only annoying thing is that they don’t take cards(?!) but fortunately there’s a cash machine very close by, so not the end of the world. Highly recommended for yummy pizza and friendly staff… and location!

Seriously the guys who make the food here are the nicest in the world! I use to pop by here quite a lot when I worked in the area and I have to say that their bagels have made me happy on many dark days. This place is a tourist trap and early in the morning you’ll find groups of lost tourists fueling up of something yummy and fried as well as a few locals grabbing a bite to take away. If you’re a fan of Gold Radio, all the DJs get their food from here, so you never know, you may bump into David Jensen. Don’t expect the tastiest food in the world, just honest home cooked goodness.

Fiori Corner on Leicester Square is pretty cool. It’s never as busy as anywhere else; and if you sit at a certain angle and don’t look outside you can almost feel like you’re in an exotic country. Not that this place is exotic or that there’s anything special about it — it’s just kind of cool. A nice place to grab a slice or a cup or a slightly overpriced bill. It sits nicely on the corner of Leicester Square; which puts a romanticised image in your head but really all it means is you’ll be staring at the traffic and seeing a foreign dude shoving ‘London Lite’ in people’s faces. But it’s cool here though; I kinda like it. You can often find me here drinking a cup of tea whilst playing with the salt and pepper thingys; waiting for time to pass. Okay, that makes me sound a bit of an oddball; what I mean is — y’know, if I have an hour to waste; it’s as good a place as any to hang about.

This place has got a great location smack dab in the middle of Constantinople circa 6th century AD. Built at the same time as the Hagia Sophia; what luck! If you get out at Leicester Square tube, you’ll immediately see this place. If you can’t find it, just ask the Emperor Justinian. He hangs out around the tube in his royal tunic and crown a lot, terrorizing innocent passerbys in an effort to rid the city of Constantinople of the ravenous tourists. ANYHOW. I ended up at Café Fiori one day, the 8th of March 573ADE, drawn to the place by their outdoor seating. My friend and I ogled their desserts and settled upon a cake with tea on the side. Crumpet and Crumpets! Justinian came by, and stabbed himself a bite out our cake with his sword. Unsure of the serious ancient diseases on the point of Justinians sword, we debated not eating the cake, but not eating cake is a terrible idea, so we ate it. The cake was alright. I mean I love desert, but it wasn’t as good as it looked. More the over sugary frosting with bland-ish cake body that you might expect to get at a grocery store and not at a restaurant. It was fine, but Justinian spat it out claiming that his royal chefs cooked up better things in their brick ovens. The tea was from a bag, not very fancy. The patio is great for people watching though. Tourists, gladiators fighting lions, people in fancy dress, Ronald McDonald — you certainly didn’t get bored watching all the funny folk. I’d probably go back, but more for the entertaining patio than the food.
