What else to say but that he’s magic. I came here on the first leg of a Eurotrip last year. I’d been struggling with a hamstring pull and almost cancelled my trip as a result. The fear of reinjury kept me from fully enjoying the trip, and the pain finally reached a moderate level I no longer would tolerate. So I searched through the Webz and found Adam, who fit me in like the next day. I had never received a sports massage, and mine wasn’t a sports injury; a sports massage seems best fitted to my situation. His place was hard to find(it’s inside a gym), so give yourself extra travel time and take a map. Or in desperate times grab the Wi-Fi from the nearby McDonald’s. This place is a sports massage so expect firm bodywork. He not only massaged my hamstring, but more importantly stretched it. Little did I realize that stretching it out would provide the most therapeutic effect. My injury had healed improperly so it become necessary to tear up some fibers to regrow them properly. Adam took care to make it comfortable for me, advising me to speak up in case of pain. I was desperate for a remedy so I did tolerate intense stretching(perhaps pain), and I didn’t speak up because I wanted the full effect. For the next 24, 48 hours it felt somewhat worse than before, as he expected. The third or so day after I reached quite a spectacular recovery. Pain had subsided and it felt stronger; less prone to reinjury. I got through the rest of the month-long trip, not free of pain but much more comfortable and confident. Thanks to Adam for helping salvage my vacation.
