Farfetch

I ordered a size 38 and received size 39. Emailed Farfetch the same day and complained. The customer rep asked if I would please take a photograph of both the bottom of the shoes and the box (because you don’t believe me?). I did. No response for another 2 days. They didn’t get back to me for 3 days regarding exchange for size 38 (no, they don’t have anymore). They sent me two emails asking how their customer service was. I sent them a separate annoyed email telling them it sucks. To that, they didn’t respond. Received an email 4 days ago that I’ve been refunded. I haven’t yet.
Don’t order from them. Grr.

With a trip to NYC recently postponed I decided to do a little shopping for something that was on my list for NYC. I am always on the lookout for scarves, especially those more appropriate for the cooler weather. After spying a beautiful scarf at a local boutique I went online and voila I found it on Farfetch for about 33% less than the retail price locally. As a first time buyer I got an additional 10% off to sweeten the deal. The price stated is the price you’ll pay as all import taxes and duties are included. A great internet site to find that something extra special. Delivery with DHL was painless and exceptionally fast and free, this time around. Highly recommend, especially with our strong US dollar.

I’m a fan of Farfetch. Pricing for handbags tend to be a bit lower across the Atlantic than what you would find here in the States whether Neiman, Barney’s or Saks. So I turn to this site whenever I’m shopping around for my latest obsession.
Reps are easy to get in contact with via online chat or phone. Shipping is quick (got my last shipment in from Italy within mere days) and you pay what you see as import duty is already built into the price.

Make fraudulent credit card charges
Yes, I received the item but my credit card was overcharged by
. The contract of sale, as stated on the website, is directly between the buyer and the boutique. The charges on my cc have nothing to do with invoice that I got from the boutique. The card was charged by
. They refuse to refund. The explanation provided is that the price should be the same as the price in EUR in Italy. This is wrong as the Italian price includes 22% VAT which doesn’t apply to US consumers. The invoice from Italian boutique reflects correct price.
Please, be careful.

i would give zero stars if possible. avoid this merchant like the plague. i purchased $ 750 shoes, and the wrong size was sent. no reply ever made by farfetch. they just completely blew me off and ignored my trying to contact them for one month.
horrible, horrible customer service. the worst ever. do not buy from this company. they do not care about the customer at all.
