Beware! I signed up for one month but the company kept taking money out on a monthly basis. I was very diappointed as I was mislead in to believing that I am only buying access for one month. However, it seems the company has covered themselves because in the (very) fine print they have stated that they will charge your card again to avoid interruption to your access. This to me seems very sneaky and I also dont feel comfortable with teh idea that the company stored my credit card details without my knowledge. When I complained, I got a response straight away about the terms and conditions and fine print mentioning that the card will be charged again unless I contact them to cancel I was not impressed as it seems the company knows that it misleads customers but continues to engage in this sneaky unethical practice.
As for the profiles of the baby sitters and aupairs, many of them are inactive as I do not think they log in regularly and/​or do not update details.
I have spoken to my credit card about a charge back. I would not recommend anyone to use this service.
