Event Prop Hire Showroom

Ok guys, I’m not going to lie, this review is not very fair.
Event Prop Hire is a fantastic prop company located in Leeds, but they do events throughout the country. They can turn any room into an amazing themed destinations and have done it for everything from product launches to celebrity birthdays. I haven’t seen a picture of anything they’ve done that hasn’t looked amazing.
They were doing so much business in London that they opened up a showroom to display some of their works to clients. And this is where it’s not fair, because the showroom is private, but amazing.
AMAZING!
The building is a nondescript white warehouse looking space that could be anything from the outside. On the inside, though, everything changes. You first come to the Main Street area, where they have full-​scale replicas of cafes, cinemas, and an outdoor park (complete with faux-​grass-​covered couch for sitting on.)
Oh, did I also mention they have a real working pub within the showroom on the first floor, The Bricklayer’s Arms, where you can sit by the fake fire and drink real beer (and also that their beer mats are also business cards. Amazing.)
However, downstairs is where things go crazy. Because you’re lead through and Alice-​in-​Wonderland style journey, where every room transforms into a sights-​and-​sounds replica of something awesome: New York, Superheroes, American 1950’s diner, cabaret, the circus, the beach, and yes, of course, even Wonderland itself. Every room made me stop and go, «My god.»
I took so many photos in every room, and luckily that’s exactly why they built it and had no problem showing me each one.
If you ever are throwing a party in London and need props or an entire work-​up for a themed room, come here first, tour this space, meet in the pub. Your day, hell, maybe even your entire year, will be maid.
