I am by no means a professional cyclist, but I am definitely an enthusiast and enjoy geeking out sometimes when I am in a bike store!
I have visited many of the Evans cycles stores before and I would say that this one is the best laid out of all of them and certainly has a lots of space to display all of the varied products.
The staff here all seem very keen and eager to help. I must say I have never really needed to test their depth of knowledge before, but I am sure that they can help with all but the most specific queries. I would not hesitate to return to Evans when I need.

I would have posted a picture but they are all boarded up after the riots last week. This is a great consumer mass market Bike Shop. Definitely tops Halfords in every way.

This is tough for me, as the shop is clean, and has an amazing selection, however the service and knowledge of the sales staff is truly «hit or miss». If you are an experienced cyclist and know what you want, then you will enjoy the breadth and depth of their on display selection. If you are new to cycling and are looking for guidance or have questions know that you may want to get a second opinion.
