Customer service is awful. Deliberately avoid customers through infuriating online and phone system. Absolute scam. Still haven't been refunded £400 6 months later. Considering legal action.

scams ,quick to take the money for booking and hard to refund if the trip has been cancelled .I have been wating for months to get my money back. Still no response .I have to take legal action to get it sorted ,and report them.

Do not use this service. I repeat do not use this service. I had to learn the hard way and it was extremely costly. I agree with the first reviewer on the topic of their costumer service. It is horrendous, you are bounced to a call centre in India, where reps read from scripts and seem completely confused with ticket problems. I travel frequently and have never encountered such incompetence, or rude behaviour.
There are hidden costs and I was lied to when I had to switch my flight that the cost imposed by the airline went up by £123 when in fact it was the same. I checked what eDreams was quoting and the airline. Even when I attempted to cancel my booking I was told that I could only capture £84 of my £556 original booking cost.
Please, do not use this horrible scam of a service.

Edreams is an incompetent, dishonest Spanish travel agency which uses a London address for their UK website. Their prices may a a little lower than other reputable agents, but spend the extra £20 and avoid this company.
I booked a return trip from London to Las Vegas with Edreams. The troube started when I went online the day before to check in for the flight, and found there was no record of my booking. I called Edreams, after navigating through their Spanish language menu, and speaking to an operator who spoke very little English, I was told the problem was fixed.
When I got to the airport, my booking was on their system, but they didn’t have any seats allocated for me, and I had to wait for about 20 minutes at the check in desk while they resolved the problem. I had the same issue coming back as well, and when I complained to the airline, they told me it was the travel agents fault.
I was lucky I was allowed on the flight, and not made to purchase another ticket. Avoid Edreams at all costs.
