E.A.T may not have a big typical english breakfast but they have a beautiful idea of creating good handmade food with great quality. My go-​to-​place for fast and simple breakfast when in London.

THE BEST tart/​natural frozen yoghurt. EVAR.
Seriously, EAT really, really surprised me here. Their natural frozen yoghurt is the perfect consistency and oh so tasty and delicious.
There are different toppings to choose from (chocolate, compote, and fresh fruit) but the yoghurt is so perfect and delicious just on it’s own.
One size. Only £1.99 per serving. I’m in love. The only problem is that not all EAT locations serve the froyo. Hopefully they all will very soon!

Really love that place.
Can enjoy a soup when you feel like having light lunch. I often go there at 1pm and even if a lot of people come and eat there, it takes no more than 2mins queing.
