I would definitely not recommend East End Car Service. We ordered one of their cars to pick us up at 4.30am, they took my number 4 times over the phone to ensure it was correct and said they would call when out side, we never received a call, then lied about the fact that a driver had called but we had not picked up the phone and then a replacement driver was sent from a different company and it took him 20 minutes to get across town to pick us up. We missed our flight and there was no compensation for the £80 we had to pay to get another flight, I definitely wouldn’t trust them again and the response I got from their ‘manager’ was unhelpful and antagonising, there are plenty of other competitors so if you want to make your flight book with someone else!
