Dulce Cafe

This looks like a grab-​n-​go type of place because a lot of the food is pre-​prepped and filling the display shelves, but they also have a handful of made fresh-​to-​order breakfast items. All of the food is fresh (made daily), really good quality, and very friendly service.
During my breakfast, I heard the man taking orders (seemed like the manager/​owner) welcoming back people who had been in a day or two before and asking them how their trip has been going so far. That certainly says a lot. Knowing this people are just passing through, he doesn’t need to engage with every customer, but he does, and that says a look about the type of person running this café. And that quality carries through to the food as well.
We picked a few items from the display counter and ordered a breakfast meal. Both were served with a small side salad. Although pre-​prepared and heated up upon ordering, I could tell the egg sandwiches and croque monsieur were made fresh that morning.
Whether you’re looking for a quick bite to grab on the go or want to eat in, this café is a great option!

Very tasty and well priced breakfast! We had the muesli which was delicious! It’s super convenient to the aldegate Tube station. Absolutely a recommendation if staying in the area!
