So this place looks a bit shadier from a distance than it is in reality… it’s actually a reasonably nice café in a place that sorely needs some more decent food options. The seating out on the pavement is great for the summer, albeit a tad awkwardly located bang opposite the tube station exit. The coffee is nice, they have decent food options, some nice patisserie options and OK service… It just did not seem terribly memorable and if I recall correctly, some of the options like ham & cheese croissant were a bit steeply priced, like at its sister café on Fulham High Street,

I always feel weird reviewing coffee shops, because I don’t drink coffee. So let me preface this by saying this review is all about the food — as basically all my reviews are… The coffee machine does look big and vintage and awfully impressive though. This place is tucked away opposite Putney Bridge tube station, the counter tops are loaded with pastries in the morning, and calzones, ciabattas and sandwiches come lunchtime. And they are all delicious! In fact I kind of wish they were less tasty so that I could cut down on my croissant intake.
