Updated review: staff member who did my threading was a lot more violent, like she was attacking my face. She was a bit sloppy in the t-zone. I decided to get a fringe cut which was advertised on the website as £7, but actually cost £10. Extremely unhappy with this as the hairdresser cut my hair in one motion and expected me to be okay with it. She asked me how long i wanted it, and i showed her, yet she still made my fringe far longer than I asked. Please avoid getting a haircut. For threading, the blonde lady does a good job and is way more gentle.

Really annoyed! I have been trying to call this place for days, left messages and everything as I needed my eyebrows done for my wedding and went to their shop and there’s a sign saying they’re closed for almost a week for a wedding! Won’t be going there ever again! I can understand that you have to be closed for a reason but have someone check the voicemails and return calls!

I had my eyebrows and upper lip threaded — it was quick, painless and very thorough; the girl who did was really sweet (called me ‘Dear’ all the way through) and it was very reasonable at £12 — what more can you ask for?! It was completely empty so go and see them, they need your support!
