Even though this Costa is massive with ample room to hang out with friends or to study, the free Wi-Fi on offer is barely usable. The staff here don’t quite know how to respond to customer complaints in a friendly or competent manner either. I think much of this is due to a very high language barrier.

I usually do not prefer to go to coffee shop chain. However I cannot resist anymore to this costa as it’s convenient to where I live. Décor is nice and welcoming. The place is spacious. I feel comfortable when I visit with my baby pushchair. Service is prompt during the day. They can get a bit lazy during the evenings. The general complaint for all costa workers is they are not promoting the costa card and willing to make transactions without it so if you fancy to earn points be ready before you order.

Unlike so many Costas across the city, this branch actually offers air conditioning. And like them, the wait between cashier to coffee is seldom past 2 minutes — and this should never change. The living room concept, complete with cushy sofas and work tables, provides for an inviting atmosphere for studying and socializing. It’s too bad there isn’t any wi-fi.
