My favourite gym where I come to work out
as often as time will permit. The Olympic
gymnasts will have a great place to go when
4,000 of them come to stay in Fitzrovia in 2012.
Ruth runs a tight ship with great generosity
& welcome. There is so much to this place!
A wonderful art deco swimming pool in the
heart of London, 30 or so new machines where
you can sweat it out or body build, calm down
with a delicious massage or get help with a
with sports injury. There are also a suite of
rooms where you can play squash, hold a meeting,
watch Capoeira or chill in the bar. Fab!
