Really lovely salon in South Ken. Had my hair styled for a night out and it was gorgeous. I would definitely go back.

I was one of the last client for the day. They seemed to not have enough hair dresser so they called out for an italian guy to cut mu hair. For quality, it was SO BAD, he left out some detail part of my hair uncut. The hair dresser also had no style sense at all! Did not ask what i asked him to do, which was keep the top of my hair. Instead, he cut it too short and blame it on me after failing to comb my hair over. Price side, the bad hair i got is definitely no worth 38£. I would not even pay £1 for this shitty hair cut. Most importantly, giving me a bad mood whole day!

I was the last appointment of the day on a Saturday and quite clearly they wanted me out as soon as possible. The two receptionists barely acknowledged me (too busy chatting to some guys) and when it came to my blow dry the stylist was so rough brushing my hair I thought it was going to come out! I asked for big and voluminous and ended up with dead straight with curls at the end. The stylist didn’t use ANY product. And didn’t even ask what parting I wanted. I was then charged £60 for the ‘pleasure’ and when I protested was told ‘we usually would charge £80 for your hair’ FOR A BLOW DRY (despite saying £38 on the website and when I called). On the plus side it was a good blow dry, just not what I wanted
