I used Classic Rug Care for an overdue cleaning of a hand knotted Bokhara rug. The service was impeccable, including free pick up and delivery from my flat in London. It completely revitalised the look of the carpet.
Total turnaround time was about 10 business days.
The process included a prewash inspection, dusting, flooding, drying, and fringe work. I’ve been told some of these steps will be performed more than once if required.
Overall a great service, and highly recommended!
