I looked at this site a few days ago. i was contacted yesterday to see if i still wanted a loan. i did. They said that there was no problem, but would i pay the first months installment upfront. Unusual i know, but as this site is for bad credit theysaid they were making sure that I was true to my word that I would make a payment. I didn’t have the £80 in my account, but my elderly mum said she would help as long as she could have the money back asap. They wanted me to get a ‘ukash’ voucher at the newsagents and they would ring back in 30 mins to take the number. I did this. Then they tell me that ‘John’ the account manager would verify my details. When he rings he tells me that not only will I get my loan for £2000 but another £180 to cover the cost of tax to the bank as it is in USA. BUT, i had to pay the £180 up front. I wasnt happy about this and told him so. Earlier, I had asked one of the call centre operatives for the company license number and the FSA Credit License Number, which they gave me. I checked this out before I paid any money to them and found cash loans bad credit in the Companies House check list (.NOW, in hindsight, whether this is the same people i had been talking too is another matter). As I didnt have the £180 either, my friend offered to pay for me. I was told that I had to go to the newsagent (again) and get a ‘Pay Safe Card’ for £180. All the newsagents i went too didnt know what i was talking about. I rang ‘John’ back and he said they would accept ‘ukash’. I did this and rang them back with the voucher numbers (I had to get 3 vouchers as the most you can get on a voucher is £100). They took the details and told me that someone would ring me back to let me know when the money had been transferred. in about 10 minutes. 30 minutes later, I rang again. ‘John’ came on the phone. As they asked who was calling, he already knew who was on the phone. Before i had a chance to say why has the money not gone in, he said money will be in your account by 3pm.(phone went down !!).convenient, as this is a Saturday and they close at 2pm … At 3.10pm i walked to the bank to find NO money in there, but also the £3.68 i had in the account has also gone!!! I feel sick, pounding headache and feel such a fool that I have fallen for this. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was either Indian or West Indian and the majority of the time i couldnt understand what they were saying and had to keep asking them to repeat themselves. So now I am deeper in debt by £260 and no way of paying my mother or friend back until the end of the month!!! Please dont get caught up in thissteer clear of this companyyou have been warned ! UPDATE– 11÷1÷12. Fraud squad at Essex Police have now been notified and have found out what I already suspected. this is a scam! Also what I didnt know was that 0203 phone numbers are what is called ‘switching’ numbers which means, they look like UK numbers but the calls get put through anywhere abroad (in this instance India !!). I have been told by the police that these type of people monitor loan applicants online and then contact them. Please beware!!! I hope the police manage to find the lowlife that run these scams and they rot in hell. In hindsight i realise that there were a lot of things not quite right i.e. they didnt go through a security check before talking to me etc Maybe you would say that for my stupidity I deserve to lose this money, I would agree with youno one can beat themselves up better than I have over the last few days, but, these ‘people’ are masters at what they do and sounded so genuine. So please dont judge me unless you have experienced it yourself.

May I say what a complete shambles you have turned out to be regarding my loan and how it has been handled
And I feel totally abused and hurt by what has happen
I approached you and asked for £3000, I got an email saying I have been granted this loan and would be happy to
Give me that loan
I parted with £140 which was towards my first month instalment which I fully understood on paying
And after many attempts you managed to actually find this money in your long deep bottomless account
All well I thought money transfer on the way Umm no
You throw another surprise to me
We need Mr xxxxxxx a total of £189 from you, if you go to Western Union and part with that amount of cash then we can
Transfer the money by 15:00 hrs that day, ok so I do that but by 17:00 hrs no money has left your building account
And no phone calls nothing your handling of customers is a lot to be desired
Then you throw another surprise at me cause the amount is as you put it odd we can not transfer any money to your account
Yet again no phone calls to explain this or emails in plain English terms
But it if I would like to Part with £110 pounds we can of course transfer the amount into your account

I am broke, Christmas with no money I was physically sick on Friday and broke down. And still no sign of any money being transferred to my account And not likely to be I don’t expect a reply to this email I don’t expect any phones calls And one thing for sure I very much doult I even see any money into my bank account from yourself I really don’t know what to do or how to act on this but I do feel I should report this and take it further I have lost £140 + £189 right before Christmas how do you feel about that Can you sit there and feel comfortable about it What friendly gesture are you going to offer me The full transfer of the loan would be nice, maybe a cheque sent in the post as it seems you are not capable of doing a bank transfer I think it the least you can do considering I await with awaited breath on your reply And May I wish you a very happy miserable Christmas Please don’t waste your time calling me demarding any money The only call I want is a SORRY and actual funds in my account Or cheque on the my door mat within 24 hrs of this email
