Like the other posters, these guys were great for a couple of months, then they shrank 4 of my work shirts. I presumably dealt with the same rude, abrasive individual as already mentioned who refused to accept responsibility. Off to small claims court, unfortunately.
Definitely do not use.

I’ve used this service a few times and found it great– the prices are a little high, but they offer some discounts and it’s well worth it for things like sheets and bedding that are hard to find space to wash and dry at home. Also they offer evening collection and delivery times, which is a must.

Initially this company seemed to offer it all — flexible collection and delivery times, reasonable prices and an acceptable level of cleaning. However, an increasing number of damaged garments and lost items forced a rethink. The original owner sold half the business to some partners and that seems to have triggered a serious decline in both customer service standards and cleaning quality. The company now lacks any profesisonalism or due care. Factor in a 20% hike in prices which was recently implemented and there is no way to justify using this company any more or recommending it to others.
You’d be no worse off if you decided to set fire to some of your clothes each week. Sad but true.
