I’m pretty sure these cowboys are part of a wider network across Soho and Marylebone. My experience of them was poor, due to non-​existent customer service and a very snotty attitude. I don’t know whether they have a good service, but bringing in my friend’s Canon camcorder was greeted with a shrug, when she was informed it would cost 45 pounds to repair. A week later, and the problem couldn’t be repaired for less than the camera’s worth. The 45 pounds she paid, gone without a trace.
Apparently they can also fix 35 mm cameras, compacts and SLRs but I wouldn’t go back there if you paid me! Try learning how to smile luv :-D
