I hate the feeling as if you think you found a special location only to find out it is a mass produced establishment. Which I don’t think is always a bad thing. The biggest difference to me between a place like this is the way the people care about their job, if you own it you breathe it and you tell people to come back by the way they treat you, now in saying this I am in now way trying to make a judgement about this location or the people, but just making it clear that they are not comparable. The standard coffee shop front with lots of options for a bite or 100 and 1 ways to order coffee. I had a double espresso and found it smooth, but found no indication of the type of beans using and based on the layout of the restaurant was not able to ask. The layout is like an airlines trying to fit a few to many rows to the plane. While the seats and tables are nice it is hard to function in the area when crowded. Overall is was a decent experience, but should be compared to a Starbucks…

This is a cozy location. There are plenty of seating indoors which we found convenient to grab a warm cup and wait for our play to begin at the Lyric Theatre across the street. Although, I ordered a blended ice white mocha… which ultimately turned out to be a cup of purrée. It was over-blended and it just tasted like drinking whip cream. I was very dissatisfied, wish I’d order something more simple. I think it’s best to just order a coffee because blended drinks aren’t their speciality.
