Great French Deli with two sides, the left is the restaurant and the right take-​away.
Great quality food, wonderful bread and cheese… and good quality for money.
I was particularly impressed meeting a friend for lunch, we ordered and omelette and a salad Nicoise. The salad came with ample fish, fresh ingredients and was a very good portion size. Salad dressing on the side.
Décor is a little faded, but is full of character, quiet enough to have a good chat, staff seem nice and you’ll be served quickly.

Walking back to our rental near Regent ‘s Park and the Great Portland Tube station, we stumbled upon a slice of Paris. What scrumptious salads (I had duck, Greek and roasted veggies, my cousin had nearly the same. The fruit tarts were delicious. Cosy and charming. Best food in London so far.

After many months of not going to Café Rive Gauche due to laziness, I finally went with a friend who raved about their salads. I ordered the shredded duck salad and have to say it may be one of the best salads I’ve ever had. Even the ‘medium’ size was quite a lot of food and more than enough for lunch.
There is also a full restaurant and other hot meals available for takeaway, but this duck salad will be the top of my list every time I come here!

It’s not exactly at a convenient location but it’s definitely worth the travel to visit this nice coffee shop. You can read at peace by yourself or have a nice chat with a friend in a nice and cozy atmosphere. Food and coffee are great so you’re all set.

The food here is delicious and rich. The staff go out of their way to make sure you enjoy the food. The sausages and mash are delicious. If you’re a salmon lover, give the salmon pasta a try — you won’t regret it! If you’re a local, you will keep coming back for sure. Prices may be a bit high, but it’s the price you pay for taste and quality.

This place is cosy and slightly out of the way — but Warren St tube station is only a minute or two walk.
I love, LOVE this café. Traditional French fare such as tartiflette; hot meals to eat in or take away. Plus, amazing sandwich fillings such as hot salted beef, hot lamb and plenty of salad options.
You pay for what you get,; and you get quality food here, with good service. Sandwiches start from around £1.80 although you may find yourself getting carried away up to £5 or more. So much more satisfying than any other sandwiches I have ever eaten. Say goodbye to dry supermarket monstrosities.
Please do visit. You won’t be disappointed!
