Disorganised and unreliable.
Failed to pick my vehicle up within the pre-​arranged times, on two separate occasions.
Unprofessional telephone manner. Poor quality website and customer information. Atrocious customer service.
In the end, I really couldn’t put my trust or faith in the service they would provide — decided to go elsewhere.
