Burger King

Quel monde dans ce Burger king qui est très bien situé
Je passé sur la nourriture je n’ai teste que le classique Wooper et pas de dessert.
Par contre ce qui m’a choquée c’est le manqué de place, on attend que les gens veulent bien partir ou qu’on les force pour pouvoir manger du coup votre plateau refroidit c’est vraiment moyen Ca !

Terrible service. Employees yelling at each other and complaining in front of us. We came for breakfast and there was no line — there was by the time we finally got our order placed. Never return.

Worst customer service experience I think I’ve ever had. There was an incredibly horrible door man (who thinks he’s in a Ray Winstone film) who said I was ‘too drunk’ to come in and get a burger. Yes I was very drunk. But I was alone and just wanted a burger for my journey home. I wasn’t aggressive or even tried to speak to him. I got to the door and he simply wouldn’t let me through. Everyone who goes to fast food places at midnight are drunk ffs!!! Then another girl, far less drunk than me, approached me and said he’d done the same thing to her!!! Mental!!! Will never come back to this burger king.

What the hell is happening here please?
As a Belgian tourist, I’m «obliged» to travel abroad to be able to enjoy a Burger King… You, people of London, have like one BK in each main street of the city and we, poor Belgian people, have no burger place in town! Life is so unfair sometimes…
However, if we get one in Brussels one day, if it is one such as the BK on Leicester Square, you now what? You can keep it! This place is just horrible: sticky floor (chairs and tables), dirty tables full of garbage, pathetic staff who stops you in the middle of your order to serve family members who just arrived and this for a bargain price compared to your addition, many oversights (forgetting to give the ketchup is not a big deal but forgetting a burger… seriously?).
In short, I will never come back here, it is crystal clear !

Customer service is non existent, staff nor manager has any basic training how to serve customers so I would not recommend this place.

late night eating place when you tipsy and hungry. they should stop employing rude security guards who can not speak English (only F words)!!!

Manger au Burger King quand on est à Londres c’est un peu inratable, parce qu’on aime bien se convaincre que c’est vachement mieux que McDo et Quick.
Et à chaque fois, je ressors en me disant que c’est exactement pareil.
Alors oui, les burgers sont pas les mêmes, et il y a des trucs super sympas comme le Steakhouse Angus (steak Angus, oignons frits et bacon) ou le Hot BBQ Whopper, mais ça reste du bon gros fast-​food bien gras qui donne un peu la nausée.
Et la nausée, vous l’aurez encore plus si vous allez manger au BK de Leicester Square: il est tout simplement dégueulasse ! Du Coca partout par terre, de la mayonnaise sur les chaises, des tables pas débarrassées… La liste est longue et peu ragoûtante.
Alors oui, manger au Burger King ça change, mais c’est pas si différent que ça des autres fast-​foods…

I really like this burger king. Excellent location right in the heart of Leicester square — always open late.
I know the chips are no comparison to Mac Donalds, but the burgers win hands down.

Like any French when we go to UK we eat in Burger King because we aren’t lucky and unfortunately we haven’t this brand in our lovely country :)
This Burger King is pretty big. It’s always crowed.
In my opinion, I always take the Wooper and here you can find the triple Wooper.
It’s not expensive and you can eat for only 6£.
However, I can’t put more 3 stars it’s a junk food :)

Burger King Leicester Square is perfect for the square if you are on a budget. This is tourism central as far as London goes and for under five pounds you can get a meal that will fill you up. In my opinion, much better than McDonalds which is also near by, and a lot better than the dodgy pizza just round the corner.

Leider muss ich einen Stern vergeben. Ärgerlich! Eigentlich müsste dieser Stern rot blinken und dringend vor einem Besuch warnen.
Der Laden in absoluter Top-​Lage direkt am Leicester Square, in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft zum Premierenkino Odeon, ist dreckig. Die Burger sind allenfalls lausig.
Anders kann man es einfach nicht beschreiben. Überall auf dem Boden Abfall und Essensreste — während beim Mitbewerber mit dem goldenen M in den kürzest denkbaren Abständen der Boden gewischt und die Tische abgewischt werden, kann man hier nicht gefahrlos seine Tasche abstellen, ohne sich vor Ketchup-​Flecken auf der Unterseite zu fürchten.
Das Essen ist kalt, nicht erst, wenn man seinen Platz gefunden hat. Die Cola schmeckt nach gechlortem Wasser
Das Personal träumt mit offenen Augen. Nie wieder Burger King in London!
