Bulgari Hotel and Residences

Astute readers will note that the excellent reviews are, for the most part, a year or more old.
As of January, 2016, the service has gone precipitously downhill.
Having patronized the Bulgari for several years, the attention to detail and quality of service have taken a notable nosedive.
If you are looking for five-​star service, check out the nearby competition in Knightsbridge, like the Connaught or the Mandarin Oriental.
The Bulgari is in transition; that much is clear.
Whether it is due to an impending sale, or simply poor management is really irrelevant. It’s just not up to par. And that is the end of the story.

Good food and great service by all. Well looked after and the three course meal was filling

Bulgari is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! When I first walked through the front door of the hotel, it appears so upscale, I was afraid It would feel stuffy and pretentious, but the staff and other guests were so nice and helpful, they truly made me feel at home! The doorman even gave me a map and mapped out all the sights within walking distance. Who does that?
My room was so spacious and clean and the bed oh that bed! It was so comfortable and luxurious! I slept better than in my own bed!
I had the opportunity to enjoy a massage, and honestly, I think it’s the best massage I’ve ever received! This little petite girl comes out and shakes my hand, my hand was almost twice her size, so I was afraid I was going to get Jipped, but let me tell you, those were some amazing hands!
I highly recommend this hotel. Now that I’ve stayed here, I don’t think I could stay anywhere else!

Head down to the gym & spa! Truly recommend it! Cater for all but it’s supremely high quality service with highly experienced personal trainers and spa staff from all over the world.
I went down there to meet all the crew and was welcome & saw all their amazing facilities and décor! Truly recommend it!

We had the pleasure of staying here for 7 nights during our visit to London. This is the hotel from the luxury brand so their property definitely reflects their brand. We stayed in their 1-​bedroom suite and had a personal butler assigned for all our needs; so I can’t complain about anything. My experience with previous stays in London? Location, location, location. This place is located close to pretty much everything, most notably Harrod’s :)). The beautiful, SHORT walks to everything is a huge plus! Don’t forget to visit their indoor pool during your stay. It is a one-​of-​a-​kind experience.
Oh! One of the nicest (unique) touches? They print out personalized business cards (yes, with your name on the cards!) so you can use during your stay.

This is as good as it gets in London!
One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. This is my home when in London and it should be yours too. Service is top notch, Food is spectacular and Accommodations are insane.
Make sure to check out the gym, pool and steam room.
You get what you pay for friends.

I cannot say a bad word against this place. Although I have only used the bar area, I think It’s safe to say that if the remainder of the hotel is anything like my 3 experiences so far, you will have a great stay. On entering, there is always a member of staff to open the door for you. As you walk through the lobby you are struck by the elegance of the décor. Your eyes (ok, being a girl) are distracted by the abundance of pic ‘n’ mix on show. The bar area is sleek and comfortable and the menu is reasonable for a London hotel. There are three reasons I love this place. First the ambience of the bar, the fact you can have a good conversation with another person without yelling over bad music. Secondly, the free bar snacks you receive when you order drinksyummy! Thirdly, just walk innocently to the concierge or any member of staff and ask for pick ‘n’ mixyou’ll walk out with sweets for the journey home. One of my favourite unknown haunts in Londongo if only for the snacks and sweets!
