A great cleaning and alterations company with brilliant staff. I take a lot of my Acne pieces here which need specialist cleaning and they do an amazing job. The clothes always smell devine too.
I have recently used their alteration service which was also brilliant and had the job completed in less than 24 hours.
I would recommend their services and make sure to check out their cute shop as well.

Beware people! They ruined 3 of my garments — 100% of the stuff I left with them! The owner admitted to WASHING my favourite (dry clean only) dress and it shrunk to the extent I can’t wear it. It fits, but the shape is all wrong now and it’s 3 inches shorter! Then they damaged the fabric on a silk slip and also sent back my cashmere sweater with a hole in it which wasn’t there previously. Not only that, they handled the whole thing really badly. Use someone else.

I have used Blanc twice now and have not been disappointed.
Their staff is friendly, they remember who you are and of course the quality of the cleaning is above par.
Even under the stress of their systems being down today and the challenges with an automated world going kaput, they were accommodating and calm. It created an error that they were prompt to fix and they went above and beyond to make it right quickly and above my expectation.
I definitely recommend Blanc for your laundering and Dry Cleaning needs.

I had moved from New York to London and was looking for an excellent dry cleaner. My research showed quite a few options but they had either bad reviews, were insanely expensive or just far away. I was intrigued by the organic approach and curious about the 24 hour drop off and pick up service. The service was incredibly professional and while the prices aren’t cheap, the results have been great. I have come back and even gotten an account allowing me to get the 24 hour service. Absolute ratify in London! Plus– the place looks just cute and cozy. Definitely worth the London prices.

I’ve walked by this little shop multiple times on my way to Green Valley (the best place for a delicious take-​away lunch)…and yesterday I finally set out to discover what it’s all about: eco-​friendly cleaning? Well… it at least grabbed my attention.
When I walked inside the shop, the friendly person behind the counter (the shop owner?) right away looked up to me and asked if I needed any assistance. I was really only here to browse, but then he began to tell me about the various cleaning products that they offer, as well as some beauty products (hand soaps etc.). I was intrigued by the eco-​friendly laundry detergent and ended up buying a bottle of that.
Selling bio/​organic products is only a side business for Blanc though, their main business is dry-​cleaning and tailoring. Mental note to self: I still have that jacket that needs mending…

They’re amazing — absolutely fantastic. I needed my blinds cleaned quickly (they had to be done in 48 hours), and called a couple of places — none could get them done in time, and the other place i found was completely overpriced (they wanted 3x what i ended up paying). Mr. Blanc came to my house himself, removed the blinds, and delivered them even sooner than I’d expected. Their prices are incredibly reasonable but their service is what truly sets them apart. I’m from New York, and this is the first time I’ve seen true customer service in London.
I recommend them highly and without hesitation. You won’t be disappointed!
