Although the presentation of the products is attractive, they are inedible. I purchased carrot cake which was extremely dry and lacked taste. I also purchased a packaged slice of lemon pound cake that was saturated with liquid and the taste was indescribable, it did not taste like lemon. Save your money and avoid this location.

5 stars, yes 5 stars. Reviews were nice, and as I was minutes away from this location, I decided to go. There are two locations inside St Pancras, once downstairs and one upstairs. I went upstairs. It is more quiet, you get a view of the tracks and of the huge station roof, with its two massive clocks. The upstair is called the espresso bar. It has a great coffee place vibe. You can seat on little chairs outside. I got the Cooked Salmon and Avocado Sandwich and it was delicioso. Reaaly good. Good size, nice bread with a few cumin seeds here and there, some parsley(?), little sauce. It was ideal. Fastly served, free wifi(i guess all London spots have it so it may not be needed anymore to point that out), and outdoor tables within the quiet part of the station. Will definitely go back. Oh and waiter confirmed to me: the only difference on the menu between downstairs and upstairs location is two sandwiches that are only available downstairs. According to the waiter: they are not worth it ;-)

This place has the best sandwiches! MY. For many, train station foods are typically unwanted and gross. Not in UK, especially not at St. Pancras Station. There are so many bakeries, food joints, and cafes to choose from! I wasn’t really eager to eat a sandwich since I had been eating it for the past few days walking around London. However, I was starving, and I could smell food coming from Benugo so we decided to eat before heading to Paris. They have so many sandwiches to choose from. My fiancé and I ordered our own sandwiches, a chocolate muffin(DIVINE), and coffee. ALL were great. I’m not sure if Benugo is chain but if it was, I wish we had it in America.

Super cute place to grab a quick bite before heading to the office. Benugo is located inside the St Pancras train station so don’t be like me wandering around outside trying to look for this place! I got a latte, berry yogurt parfait and a plain croissant and they were all delicious. There were a number of yogurt parfaits and pastries to choose from so I will definitely be back this week for another breakfast.

Since I visit St Pancras quite a lot lately(most of the time to say goodbye to friends), you would think I know where are the nice places to eat… But not really ! Fortunately, one of my friends made me try Benugo and I think I found my go-to place for a nice snack before a Eurostar travel ! I had the Mexican Breakfast Club, which were very good, and a millionaire shortbread(it’s so hard to resist this calories bomb). I like the fact that they offer classic sandwiches options, but also creative ones. I just regret I didn’t try the coffee, but I’m won’t forget on my next travel to St Pancras.

This blows away any travel lunch spot that I’m aware of in the sates. The goat cheese panini w/bacon added and the prosciutto baguette are both wonderful choices. The prices are reasonable and they’re very quick.

Benugo is _almost_the perfect deli and coffee place. First things first, the coffee is quite good. Not _as_good as the coffee from Sourced market around the corner, but still good. Next, the food. Also very tasty, the hot sandwiches especially. The ingredients are fresh, the combinations and choices fairly wide, and they are grilled piping hot. If I could only eat one sandwich for the rest of my life, either the Andalucian or the Sicilian would probably be it. It’s _miles_better than Pret a Manger, so as long as you are not in a massive rush or counting calories, you should fill your sandwich jones at Benugo. Last, but not least, the location. Benugo has just enough character without going overboard. The simple wooden furniture gives it a nice«bistro feel.» But the real appeal is St. Pancras itself. The glass walls are the ideal people-watching spot, and I often think of it as a «humaquarium»(in a good way). So, with all this, why not 5 stars, you ask? The service. There’s just no love to be had at Benugo. You can expect courtesy, but rarely a smile or a nice word. Now, before you say, «that’s just London» or «what do you expect, they’re busy!» the same cannot be said of other places in St. Pancras. And this is even true of locales much _busier_than Benugo(e.g. the above-mentioned Pret – they must be putting ecstasy in the employee’s drinking-water because they are always absurdly upbeat, even during the morning rush). As always, though, I think management is more responsible than the employees. So, Benugo, I like you, I like you a lot. But I could _love_you if you just give me a smile every now and again, or even an «awright then?» Both our days will be better for it, I promise.

Bought an Italian Deli. Wonderful staff and the food was great! I would visit again the next time I am at St Pancras station.

Ah, a bunch of Italian guys working and cooking up some delicious brunch and café plates! I got their piping hot potato that was homely filled with bits of spicy roated chicken and side salad! It was tastily wonderful! The staff members are so loud and energetic! A cozy café shop, where you can enjoy dining inside or outside with café entrees, snacks and coffee!

Benugo has definitely the best coffee in St. Pancras Station. As I said in another review, I spend a lot of time in the station and I keep trying all the restaurants/coffee shops/retailers in there and I think I have finally found the one with the best coffee. The sizes of the take away cups are a bit bigger than the ones you would find in Costa or Starbucks for the same price, so I kind of appreciate that when in need of a morning shot of caffeine. They also have a good selection of cakes and sandwiches, as well as cold drinks and other healthy products like fruit or porridge. And everything is quite flavourful, especially the sandwiches that are filled with a good range of fresh products and in a perfect balance(perfect quantity for me). The customer service is OK, they work fast and effectively. I suppose that is what you expect from a fast food place(even though a good one!).

The best coffee we found around here during our three days at the St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel(yes, this also includes the hotel’s coffee). Very special, but nice and cosy interior. The staff is very friendly. (This review is for the espresso bar on street level. There seems to be another café with the same name on the floor below.)

Without a doubt, the best coffee in St Pancras station. This is delivered in a space that’s covered in wood walls, a little away from the hustle and bustle of the Eurostar and all that schtuff. But worth a stop in, for the coffee. Mmm.

Best sandwich joint in town, hands down. Love the fresh produce, love the choice, the breads, the meats. Love the interior and the bare wood, love sitting here for lunch on my own while I watch the world go by and steal an hour to myself. Love it all. I like choice, and Benugo allows me to have the sandwich I’d have made at home, with the exact ingredients I’d buy from a deli.

The experience I had here was both totally at odds with the ideal of good customer service and yet hillarious in its delivery and impact, allow me to elaborate; Me — So. What are your Blueberry Muffins Like, any good? Staff member —(shrugs her shoulders, shakes her head) «I don’t know guys… meh» (This line was delivered with the tone of someone saying«Why me? Why do I have to tell you what a muffin tastes like? Haven’t ever had one before?) genius! She then handed me a sample of muffin so I could make up my own mind. On balance, I’d rather have that than some company policy line of how everything is «made fresh» with«real ingredients»(wow REAL ingredients, how novel!) The muffin, it turned out, was average, the coffee was good but we issued the standard instructions(Small cup, double shot, frothy milk heated to 130 degrees F). I’ve been reliably informed that the sandwiches are amaaaazing, next time gadget… next time!

YUMYUMYUM. delicious sandwiches, within the architectural beauty of St Pancras station. I have eaten the New Yorker, the Parisien, and the Andalucien and not been disappointed. If i did have a gripe it would probably be that there are too many sandwiches with chicken — come on guys a little imagination? but they all taste so good that i can let this slide. Also you can sit there in the knowledge that if you felt like it you could get up and jump on a train to paris and involve yourself in some jason bourne like espionage thriller — or is that just me??? I dont generally like to big up chains but this is definately one of the better ones.

If your waiting for a train and are need of a sit down then Benugo is a good choice. I usually head for Peyton and Byrne, but if the tables are all taken there, Benugo’s has the next best cakes. It’s a café/deli eatery and most of their ingredients are sourced by British suppliers in an eco friendly way, even all the menus and packaging are made form recycled materials. Just as importantly, the food is delicious. Their sandwiches are so tasty, my favourite is the goats cheese, chorizo and caramelized onion relish one. You can buy the pre prepared ones, or make your own up from the deli. They are a bit more expensive, starting at around £3.75, but it is really good quality food. Their biggest selling point for me are the cakes! Brownies, Bakewell Tarts, Tiffin, lemon drizzle cake and caramel shortbread are all sold in dinky squares, the perfect size or you can get a nice big slice of choccy cake or carrot cake, which are just as fab, but more expensive. Just be aware of the prices or the cheap deal you nabbed for the train will be wasted by the amount you spend in here! Since they refurbished St Pancras it’s really no hassle to wait and often I even come early so that we can have a catch up, a cake and then actually make the train on time, for a change.
