Love Benugo and service. Even once when we spilled our coffee they gave us new ones just to make us happy. I definitely recommend it!

I absolutely love the Sicilian panini they sell here. It consists of diced chicken tossed with red pesto topped off with tomatoes and spinach. This sandwich and their delicious coffee is what keeps me coming back.
Vicky is right, though. Often the tables here are covered in muck and crumbs from previous customers, and if it’s holiday or sale season, good luck trying to find a table. I suppose if the weather isn’t too terrible, you could always get your order takeaway and consume it outside of the shopping mall.
As long as the sandwiches and coffee continue to be delicious, I will keep coming back.

Used to do really incredible made-​to-​order sandwiches, now are going for the pre-​made mass-​market approach just like everything else in Westfield (Pret, EAT). Shame because the ingredients are really nice and the price is fair. I would still probably make an effort to go here, I just don’t like mayo so I’m totally screwed.

Rude service, unclear ordering system and bad signage. Incredibly bad start to a hangover sandwich. Ordered my «Parisienne» whiles muttering unhappily to myself and finally settled down on one of the filthy tables to consume it.
The sandwich itself was quite good. Hot creamy brie accompanied by red onion confit and a very mustardy (perhaps too much) mayo and rocket. It tasted extremely rich and was too much for me even at my ravenous hungover state. But at 5 quid a pop I am going to persevere and flipping finish it.
Severely disappointed I didn’t go to Eat or apostrophe instead.

For a bread-​obsessive, Benugo is the quick place to stop for a quick fix within the Westfield mall. There’s a huge variety of deli sandwiches and wraps, custom-​made alongside salads. A bit pricey, but isn’t everywhere within the Westfield?
