Bella Italia Restaurants

We thought this was a private establishment but it was a chain (:. The good news is the food was tasty. We had a calzone, 4 cheese large shells, and a pasta dish of some name…
The pasta was so so but the large shells and The calzone was good. The service was friendly. I believe this is located in Leicester Square but it is a short walk to Covent Garden Market.
If you need some Italian its worth a try. But the place it sits is loaded with a large number of restaurants so there is allot of choice.

Nice atmosphere, quick and friendly service. The food is average (I had a pizza). If I were in the area and in the mood for Italian food, I might give this another try.

Quick, friendly service. Average food. In another town I might return but there are so many places around here that you could find much better just across the road. My friend sitting with me says ‘it’s above average in this area and it has wonderful décor’. Don’t know how far I agree with him on either point, but it is quite a nice atmosphere Will update to 3 stars on strength of friend’s feelings.

I would strongly suggest that you do NOT get the bald tall skinny waiter as he will be looking after you, the other staff and manager brilliant.
So we are going out to have a romantic meal in London, and we see this place it seems very busy the food smells delicious. When we walked in we were told to take a seat wherever, in the main raised area there was only 4 seaters so we went to the back wall where the 2 seaters were. We waited over ten minutes for our menus, and then again to be served. We order a a glass of prosecco to start, then wine with the meal and the meal however no sooner did the prosecco come than the wine glasses were thrown on the table as the waiter was disinterested in dealing with us.
Our food came within minutes which is good normally as I usually am in
a rush, but i wanted to relax and chillout.
When he approached us with the parmasen cheese he offered it to my girldfriend and she wanted some, then he automatically started putting some on my lasagne, never even asked and dumped thegrater on the table leaving cheese on the table and also some on my girlfriend. I just didnt want some, everytime he spoke to us he walked away as he was talking…
When the food was done another waiter came up to us and took the plates he seemed nice and offered us the dessert menu.
We waited again for ten minutes with our own waiter walking buy us constantly. I walked up to the manager and ask him could i get the item which we ordered, i heard then in the background him saying «someone isnt looking after their tables correctly» so i assumed he was a fair man and it was only the waiter who wasnt nice.
Anyway food was amazing but the waiter was so bad no tip…
