Bean About Town

Here is where I go if I want to treat myself with the ultimate cappuccino.
I’m totally a cappuccino addict: it has to be not too hot, not too cold.
The coffee blend has to be just right, not too strong not to bland.
The foam has to be frothy, quasi thick and have to taste of milk, not of… something else.
And I want a lot of chocolate powder on it (but this is just my taste)
I was very critical at first because I was thinking:“How this tiny kiosk could do a decent coffee?” But morning after morning, even in the most cold and wet days, I saw a long queue waiting for their cup. Can all those people queuing even in so harsh conditions be wrong?
I needed to try.
Thank God I did!
I was served first with a state-​of-​the-​art espresso and then I asked for a cappuccino that was… well. the one I described above. Just perfect.
Well no exactly perfect because it was served in a paper cup (and not in a fine bone china cappuccino cup) but, honestly, I can’t demand so much from a tiny movable kiosk :)
