Bar 242 is in a strange location as you can see in the photo: it ‘s a under the railway arches at the cross between Southwark St and Blackfriars Road. The ambient and the bar are very cool, I would say it is better if you were in a group than if you were going to visit this venue by yourself, it’s just that type of place but you can make your own company if your on your own because it is such a cool place and the staff make you feel very much welcome.
