Banham locks are worth the money. Their locksmiths are highly professional and courteous, and the locks really look the part. Case in point:
Someone broke into our block of flats though the flimsy communal door. The door to our flat (with a Banham lock) was right next to our neighbour’s door (with a non-​Banham lock). The burglar chose to kick our neighbour’s door down and leave our flat untouched. They stole his CDs, alcohol, and his socks.

The staff there is very rude and not helpful. I was treated rudely by employee Adam Wyatt just because it was couple of minutes before closing and he wanted to close early. Not amazing customer service!
