As a start to seeing off 2015 some friends and I popped in here for an earlyish dinner to lay the foundations for the night ahead.
I went for the very English sounding ham, egg and chips. The triple cooked chips were the star of this plate, much like an armadillo they were crunchy on the outside soft on the inside (reference to a chocolate bar advert years ago). The roasted ham nice enough, and the egg had a velvety runny yolk.
with some mustard and mayo I was a very happy boy. Washed down with numerous bottles of well prices prosecco we were setup up for the very long night ahead perfectly. Most of the rest had burgers which I have to say I will be going back to try and they looked good.
