To get all your DIY, tool and gardening needs, definitely worth the trip however be prepared for rude staff who don’t know the different between a hammer and a screw driver

It’s bigger than the 2 local Homebase stores and the prices are far better, too. A good selection of most things and staff who are fairly helpful. Nothing amazing, but a nice place to stop in when you need something for the house and/or a DIY project.

Avoid for kitchens! Absolutely awful for their kitchen service. I’ve spent the last two months, yes, TWOMONTHS, trying to get through just to get a survey done, and that’s not even including getting the actual delivery of the kitchen which will take an extra two months. They’ve lost our file a few times, claimed to have phoned but haven’t, fitting company hasn’t turned up to survey the kitchen when we’ve taken a day off work deliberately, and even after complaining to the main customer service about the service in the Wandsworth branch, we’ve still not got anywhere. I feel bad slating them as they’re normally great for everything else, but we’ve been really let down by this and I would strongly advise people to avoid getting their kitchen from there.

I know I ranted about warehouse stores, but when it comes to DIY, the bigger the better as far as I’m concerned. And you get a car park so you can get all your huge purchases home. Sure, you still have the problem with finding what you want, but at least here you know you’re going to find it eventually. Paint, wood, nails, lighting, electrical boy toys — it’s all packed and stacked in. Also has a great outdoor garden centre, and everything is at a great price. Not bad, b&q, not bad.
