Overpriced, bad service and always lost!
This place has really gone downhill along the years. A couple of years back I used to come here to get my suits dry cleaned and altered, they used to do a great job and would cost reasonably okay. These days you take them a jeans for shortening and they charge you 10 pounds for apparently a hasty 3 minute job, the finishing is awful! They’re always lost too, you go there and they lose your stuff, it then takes them 15 minutes to find it (if they do). Shame, I used to really count on them for a good service and they were very close to where I live, now they just don’t seem to care…

Busy executives, Managing Director’s, working families etc are always on the go and time is precious. Unless we are lucky enough to have a cleaner or nanny etc, we have to do our own ironing and washing etc. Not me, not anymore, I have found Ariana dry cleaning and tailoring. Wonderful place to take your work shirts, dresses, coats etc to be cleaned by the professionals. They also offer a tailoring service and can mend tears, take clothes in, shorten trousers, etc etc. If you join and register as a member they will give you a discount of 10% and also collect and deliver. I have had various dealing’s with them on cleaning, mending and altering and they have been absolutely fantastic. Prices are competitive and they have always polite and courteous. They have two shops to the best of my knowledge, Chiswick High Road and South Parade.
