I have used argos for years, giving my children the argos book around Christmas time made that time of year so much easier, I always had an idea what the children wanted, and 99% of the time I got it from argos,
I love a good deal, and a good price. But I also like to shop around.

I’m a big fan of Argos and although it’s great to be able shop online I prefer to visit the stores and check what I’m buying before I take it home. This branch in Shepherds Bush always seems to have what I want so their stock control appears to be very good. However it seems to be understaffed, there are never enough cashiers and there is usually a long queue of people waiting to pay. There’s also a long wait if you require customer service! But the staff who are there are always helpful and I still like the shop very much.

You can get anything and evrything from Argos. When I moved to London I had to get a few basic things for my new place. The most important thing was more storage solutions. I got quite a few bits from Argod because they things were of good quality and cheap. I still have those things and I am still using them. For the price you pay for somethings you don’t expect it to last that long but its lasted for 5 years already. This store is always busy due to its location in the middle of the shopping mall. Weekends are worst so its best to go on a weekday. The queue is usually long and it takes forever for them to bring what you ordered out.

Since the early days of my childhood the Argos catalogue promised many joys as we were handed it a month or so before Christmas and asked to write a list of a few things we’d like from it.
This task would take a considerable amount of time due to the hefty size of the catalogue. It is massive.
As I’ve got older and become less interested in toys and more interested in storage solutions the Argos catalogue has not failed to hold my interest.
For affordable, well, almost anything, Argos is the place. Furniture and homewares are really excellent value. I got a DVD player for £17 and a huge chest of drawers for £70.
There is a mind boggling range of stuff from juicers, mp3 players, duvet sets and Power Rangers dolls.
The only downside is actually going into the shop, it’s always a bit of a mess and for unknown reasons it takes quite a while for whatever you’ve ordered to arrive. It’s also often full of families and screaming kids or buggies. Rarely a pleasant experience.
