Last time I’ll use them. Cancelled at the last minute (after ringing them to check status). Didn’t have room on truck (!). Offered 2 separate collections but wanted more money to do so despite it not being my fault. Was stuck with them as time too short to cancel. They tout themselves as if best in classs but do not deliver.
