According to estimates by the Fair-​trade foundation, AMT Coffee’s switch to Fair-​trade resulted in a massive 30% increase of Fair-​trade coffee in the coffee bar sector.
So although AMT is a big bad chain corp, I though the fact that it was the first coffee company to go 100% fair-​trade was a cause noble enough to warrant inclusion into my Unilocal musings.
With concessions in both the Arndale shopping centre and Piccadilly train station AMT is handily placed for locals and commuters alike.
By choosing AMT as your morning wake-​up not only will you be doing a nice thing, you will also be treating yourself to a cup of coffee that has won countless awards for its quality.
