I came here with a group of friends on Thursday evening to have a quiet board game night. It was the perfect location. There are a few drinks(we mostly had Peroni) to keep you going for awhile and they were more than happy to come back and just let us drink for awhile. After awhile(a couple of hours at least), we ordered dinner. I had a sandwich, some other people had salads or risotto. The food wasn’t the best to be honest. I thought my sandwich was sort of bland. Maybe next time, I’ll go for something more pasta like. But the chorizo we had to nibble on at the beginning was really fantastic. It’s a cute little café, and I’m sure I’ll be back if they let us stay there for another four hour gaming marathon again.

It is one of the last summer days and It’s Friday afternoon in London. For some reason this little place still has less that ten costumers. It’s not because of the food(well at least not the lovely salad that I had). Nor can it be peroni on tap, who would avoid that? I think it must just be my lucky day.

I’ve been here a couple of times. The food is okay for a sandwich café type place, but it’s hardly going to change your life. The prices are reasonable for the location. The service is very good and it’s what bumps it up from a three star to a four star. Just really friendly workers who are attentive but not overbearing. Good place for a quick lunch during the work week.

I went there only once but so far it’s just like the other reviews are saying. I’m lactointolerant and it was no hassle to have a special combination of sandwich with different items from the menu. And the best part: warm environment together with efficient service. Bravo!

Yes, it’s a place that gets all 5 stars, not because it’s a michelin starred, but because what it offers you would enjoy, the service is warm and friendly, and so is the quality of the food and the portion size. On a lovely partly sunny day my colleagues and I sat outside in the quiet treelined street and the waitress was quick to come over and get our order. 1 — tricolore sandwich on a wheat bagguette(toasted) — tomato, avocado, mozzarella, pesto 2 — large OJ/carrot fresh squeezed juice 3 — greek salad(dressing on the side) — which I shared with my colleague all this for £11. it was ABSOLUTELY delicious. Service was impeccable. I was very much impressed… can say that this is BY far, the best service I have seen in London. Super unpretentious, and just authentic… but let me let you in on a secret… the family is albanian, and i am SO impressed with their food/service/value! if you’re around euston and feel like a NICE bite with a smile… Albertini is the place to go. P. s. i am praying it isn’t just my one-off experience.

Very friendly staff. Just don’t ask for omelette. I always have the set breakfast for 3.95 and it is excellent. No sausages made with eyelids, bums or lips. Can’t fault this place. Oh and did I mention that they don’t do omelette.

I’ve discovered this place since working with the nearby Disasters Emergency Committee, who’re currently running the Haiti Earthquake Appeal. Great value food and, as noted above, extremely friendly staff who are quick to remember clients’ preferences/favourites. Not that cheese, beans and marmite on toast isn’t memorable enough. Good range of fillings for panini, baked potatoes and salads. Sundried tomato, avocado and mozzarella baked potatoes at under £4 — not bad for a stone’s throw from Bloomsbury.

I eat lunch here every Saturday and am cannot reccomend the establishment highly enough. The food is fantastic and the staff are more like family to me. The brothers do a marvellous joob and have even planted a pineapple tree at the rear of the premises to provide fresh produce just for me! Not to be missed if you are in the area and need feeding. Top quality cappuccino from a friendly back-street Italian café. Really, the coffee is great in this place, a 100% improvement on the the bland chains five minutes away on Euston Road. I haven’t tried the food but it looks good, a nice selection of pasta on offer, might try next time. On a nice day you can sit outside on this quiet street(when it’s not market day) and imagine you’re in a café in Italy or Spain. It’s that good!

Run by brothers Albert and Tini this place serves great sandwiches. I was there for lunch at least three times a week for 9 months. The service is particularly friendly and you are always welcome. There are a wide selection of sandwich/baguettes/paninis and if you want to make up your own then as long they have the ingredients you can have it. Great value for money!
