This company’s slapdash antics and resolute lack of thoroughness and competence strains credibility even by London standards. Abba employees are disorganised, unprofessional cheapskates, who regularly sub-contract maintenance work to similarly shady people.
Twice during our year-long tenancy we had to live for prolonged periods (3+ weeks) without a working shower. Workers sent over were a joke, uncertified and unskilled. Another electrician later informed us that a non-serviceable RCD was being used and we had actually been in danger of electrocution throughout.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

One of the worst estate agencies I have ever seen in my entire life… appalling customer service, no sense of word, very eager to charge you but when it comes to giving you your money back, a maximum of 15 days turns into a minimum of a month! Be careful what you sign on their rent contracts! …They are the most UNPRODUCTIVE property services I have had to treat with. They deserve no good will or good payer clientele! they only deserve to treat with people like them… lets see if like that they started working in that office!
