Warren James is a jewellers located at the side of St Johns Centre. They sell a big range of gold, silver, platinum and white gold jewellery. They have earrings, bracelets, bangles, necklaces, pendants, rings, watches and gift sets. There is something for all budgets here, whether you’re just in the market for an inexpensive silver chain, or a platinum ring. The prices are reasonable and the quality of the items is good. The silver items I have bought here have lasted well and not turned my wrists green.
The staff are friendly and helpful. They are very knowledgeable about their stock and are happy to advise. They make you feel welcome and valued as as customer.

Warren James has 115 stores nationwide and is not an ideal candidate for a review from a Unilocal Scout; we prefer home made boutiques that are rough around the edges rather than cookie cutter chain stores, however, I really like this Warren James, I have always visited ever since I was a little girl and bought my first piece of delicate jewellery. There is a beautiful range of items for men and women and the staff are so friendly. There are a few jewellery stores in Liverpool that are as welcoming, but Warren James’s staff are very hospitable, despite the store being constantly busy!

Warren James is cheap as chips! (Well some of the stuff anyway!) Used to come here loads when I was younger and buy stuff like earrings for myself and little necklaces or bracelets as presents for friends. Lots and lots of gold and sovereigns in the window displays! Tends to get busy at weekends with people wanting to snap up some not-​too-​bad jewellery at a bargain price! Staff are helpful and will willingly get anything out of the window display for you to have a look at. Quality of the stuff is alright, never had any problems with anything I’ve bought from here. More a place to buy yourself stuff from rather than presents for others.
