I am not sure where to start with this pub because so much was wrong, I ordered some food and asked for the burger to be not too well done. When it came after 45 minutes, it was well overcooked and literally charred and very tough. I mentioned this to the waitress who was also the one who took the order and she dismissively said, well I told the chef and just walked off. Then I discovered the ‘premium’ Angus burger (which was supposed to be topped with cheese and bacon) had both these items missing so I sent it back. When it came back, it was wrong for a second time and this time, the ‘premium’ Angus burger had been replaced with the cheaper ‘classic’ burger, the service in general was abysmal and when the bill arrived, we were charged for things we didn’t have because the staff put someone else’s food and drink on our tab. This was resolved but it took 20 MINUTES while the member of staff worked out how to deduct the incorrect items. Never Again

This is a lovely pub that does great food and drink. They often have offers on the food especially at lunchtimes and the burgers are really nice. It gets quite busy so if there are a lot of you, you may want to go early. The parking is right outside the pub.
