What a great find! We found this by accident on the way back from an average dinner elsewhere, and vowed to stop in next day. We missed breakfast, but had a late lunch — Reuben bagel for Mr B and waffles and ice cream for me. The waitress was delightful and funny, it was cosy out of the rain and the food was delicious. We tried to come back for breakfast next day but forgot it was Easter Sunday and alas, they were closed. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Liverpool!

Excelente opção para um brunch. Peça o eggs benedict! Pessoal ultra amigável e decoração super bacana. Foi o último lugar que comemos em Liverpool, o que nos fez ficar ainda mais tristes de ir embora. /Awesome brunch option. The eggs benedict are a must. Extra friendly staff and super cool décor. It was the last place we’ve eaten when in Liverpool, what made us feel ever sadder to leave.

Without doubt the best Coffee this side of the 62. Only ever had coffee from here but even the food looks great and its always busy. Nice cosy atmosphere with a Canadian theme going on somewhat reminiscent of a log cabin in a winter resort. My only issue is that it’s not that geared towards takeaway coffee so when you order you’re often standing around in the way whilst waiting for your coffee.

Came to Moose during a short stay in Liverpool with my friend on his first venture outside the US. My friend and I went to Moose on a Friday mid-morning and almost all the tables were taken. The décor is amusing especially with the re-makes of famous members of the royal family and/or celebrities with giant moose heads. They also played a wide selection of music from rock to blues to indie pop. We both had Eggs Benedict — one NY and one New Orleans. Mine was perfect! Eggs were just the right amount of runny and poached with a great cajun spiced hollandaise sauce. My friend was not too happy about the eggs since they were a bit overcooked and not runny at all. For him, they made up for it with a decent latte although it wasn’t all too hot. I had a tea and it came with a pot of hot water — gotta love England! The staff are friendly and willing to assist with whatever you want, except honey… there was a customer at the table next to us that ordered porridge. It comes with fruit and honey packets but the packets must have been sitting out awhile because the honey had solidified. When he asked for honey in a jar the waitress said they only had the packets. So honey and/or porridge snops are warned! The menu is diverse like any traditional Jersey diner with a selection of egg platters and coffee concoctions, french toast and pancakes, lunch items like burgers or salads and a selection of sides like smoked salmon, griddled tomato, and potato hash.

This is the best brunch place I have ever met in my life. New York Moose or New Hampshire Moose, with two slices of steak on the side n a glass of apple juice. Later I would like to enjoy waffles with ice cream. These are all I need for a weekend brunch :)

It was really really nice but if you want to go, you have to go during the week. The weekend it’s nearly impossible to have a table so I can’t imagine the noise inside! But yeah the food was excellent, there is a lot a choice, this is my favourite place but unfortunately I usually work during the day so I can’t go there as often as I would like to.

Possibly my favourite place in Liverpool to get breakfast. Everything I’ve had is delicious but I especially love the eggs benedict. Coffee is also lovely and the star are great. Only problem is how incredibly busy it gets but that’s because of how good it is!

A friend brought me here hoping I would find some of that«just like home» feeling in Moose Coffee’s pancakes. The restaurant’s décor caught me a little off guard given that most pancake houses I frequent in the states are more akin to diners(or dives). But the moose-headed paintings and ornamentation grew on me as I tucked in to a plate of apple cinnamon and salted caramel pancakes. The pancakes were thick and well-browned so you could feel a faint«crack» as your fork broke through the surface crust. The insides, though, were fluffy and light. The apples were a little smaller(and less sweet) and not what I expected, and they got a bit skimpy on the caramel sauce. But they did provide maple syrup with which I generously basted my meal. Overall pleased with my meal, and will definitely return and try something else from their extensive offerings.

Very elegant and refined café. What it lacks in space it more than makes up for with moose themed charm and extensive menu! I especially recommend the moose Steak Sandwich and especially dime bar milkshake. Such richness for a brunch will keep you more than filled up until way past teatime! Basically this place is a-moosing(sorry)

Now this is an interesting place, one of a small Liverpool chain. It’s interesting because it blends a cool identity, with coffee shop vibe, quality furnishings and up market table service. You could call it a posh coffee shop where it not for the informality. It was very busy when I popped in for breakfast at 9 am and didn’t stop being busy even by 10.15 when I left. I would have stayed longer but felt under a little pressure to give up my table. They’re doing something right, but also true there doesn’t seem to be much competition in what is clearly a great location. The coffee was a decent 8/10, but nothing special, while the food a little disappointing: I had pancakes with crispy bacon and maple syrup. The portion size was pretty big, but unfortunately the pancakes a little too dry and bland for my taste. I would go in again because the service was excellent and, at the end of the day, I usually just want a cosy seat, table and room to read my paper over a decent cuppa — I got all that.

Saturday is a busy time for this Canadian Style breakfast shop, but that didn’t stop us getting seated straight away at a nice booth by the window. The décor inside is really fun, they really take the moose theme and run with it. The moose portraits are fabulous. We had speedy service and the food arrived very quickly with helpful and friendly waitresses. I also like that you can almost see what’s going on in the kitchen, you can see people work hard and you feel like you know where your food comes from, even if it makes no real difference. I got the peanut butter chocolate granola pancakes with an extra rasher of crispy bacon. This came with butter and maple syrup to add yourself to taste. It was unreal! I was in peanut butter chocolates heaven! It had some small orange segments in among the goodness that sounded strange to me. I had planned on picking them off but gave it a chance. I am so glad I did because it really complimented the dish! I think it prevented it from getting too sickly! I had an Americano with it which was great. Payment was made quick and easy with touch free card technology. We were also able to pay separately with ease! Another dish that needs to be commended is the Double Dutch pancakes. They are unreal! The portions are quite large for a reasonable price, but you an always box up for later! Beautiful! Food baby conceived!

Canadian café in Liverpool, good location & extra seating upstairs. Was there early so not the usual busy place that the Manchester one is. Had the lone star moose. I usually have a pancake combination but this time went for meat, hash & eggs as they’d always looked great. The sausage was tasty but the steak had too much mustard & the hash was a little dry. Typical large servings. Lovely thick cut toast however it was cold. Not the best experience I’ve had at a Moose venue!

Tremendous food, this little breakfast place was quite a find near my hotel in Liverpool. I had the pancakes and streaky bacon and it was amazing. It’s a small café, with tables very close together. I was right next to two, ladies and a tiny baby, so you’re not going here for atmosphere or to leisurely enjoy a coffee. It seems quite popular, so it’s pretty much order, eat, and leave. The wonderful food made up for that and I’ll certainly be back next time I’m in the area.

I often find myself thinking of Liverpools Moose Coffee and wishing there was one in Belfast! A fabulous café with an American style menu — really delicious breakfasts and coffees. Some of the best breakfast food I’ve had and their hot chocolate is scrumptious. Really great grub and a lovely little café as well.

My friend and I were visiting from scotland and noticed this place on Unilocal! Absolutely stunning good and atmosphere. This place really reminded me of Berlin. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The food is delicious, fresh and very appetising! The coffee and fresh mint tea is worth going for even if you aren’t eating. The décor is fabulous– very quirky, imaginative and cool! Overall if you’re in Liverpool this place is a must. My friend and I ended up sitting in there for hours and no I am craving to go back again today it was just so good!!!

This is a place I do love, and lucky for me it is right around the corner from where I live. This is a great place for breakfast, lunch and brunch. The drawback is that on the weekends they tend to have a queue, so they should expand their business! I would really recommend the pancakes with the blueberries. They taste sooo good. And, also the eggs benedict! Can’t get enough of that stuff.

WOHOO! My parents and I when there to get some big breakfast before going to the beatles tour and we love it! The place was full so we had to wait a bit(about 10 min) to get a table. The service was good, fast and very nice! the waitress was lovely to us. My mom and I got tea and my dad a delicious hot chocolate! they bring you a hot milk and a spoon with chocolate on it so you can make it your own which is very nice. we got smoked moose — smoked salmon with eggs and a toast New York breakfast — beagles, ham and eggs pancake — with butter and syrup it was all delicious! and the price is fair.

Moose Coffee is a Canadian/American restaurant for breakfast and lunch. Let’s just say«brunch» then. It is also one of the finest places I have ever eaten in my life. When we arrived there was a bit of a wait for a table but I didn’t mind as I’d heard such good things. I wasn’t disappointed at all. When we got seated and handed the menus, I was blown away. The choice was staggering and every single thing on there sounded absolutely gorgeous. Pancakes with bacon and maple syrup, eggs benedict, vanilla french toast, waffles… I can’t do it justice, you’ll have to have a look for yourselves. Everything you could think of is on here! Me and my partner both decided on the same thing though — the Double Dutch. It is two pancakes mixed with chopped smoked sausage and streaky bacon and topped with two over easy eggs. It’s completed with butter & maple syrup. This was beyond perfect. I was worried at first that it wouldn’t be enough but the pancakes were the biggest I have ever seen in my life. They were as large as my face and crazily thick. The taste was unbelievable. There was actually so much there that despite not having had any breakfast OR lunch that day, I struggled to eat it all. I mean that in the best possible way! Extreme value for money. To go with it I had a coffee(well, I felt I had to due to the name of the place!) and it was also sublime. I can’t recommend Moose Coffee highly enough. It’s one of my favourite places on the planet already and I’ll be back time after time. Just make sure you’re VERY hungry! These are real Americans portions we’re talking about here.

Amazing new coffee chain in Liverpool and Manchester, my friend from university raves about this place so I knew I had to try it. Quite a small café, where people often queue to get in because it’s so popular. There is a great selection of food, cakes and drinks. I think the style is American so there are waffles and pancakes and plenty of things for breakfast. I had the waffles with ice cream and they were delicious! I tried to finish but was defeated by the filling food so maybe next time! I love the moose themed items you can buy and I will definitely go again. Lovely new place that’s opening more cafes all the time.

Amazing breakfast today. 4 of us ate very well, at a reasonable price, and it was all served quickly in a great atmosphere by some nice people. People queue outside for tables when it’s busy… Not many cafés in the UK can claim that!!! In a word? Tastillicious…
