Jack Jones is one mainstream store within the Liverpool One area that I would most certainly advise against visiting. This place has just never really caught my imagination which is a shame as it probably could do so with a little more effort. Whenever I enter this establishment I never really feel welcome or comfortable in my surroundings, and this for me is something which matters greatly when I may be spending my hard earned cash somewhere. The staff here seem to think an awful lot of their selves and never really make a big effort to come and tend to the needs of the customers who essentially pay their wages. The prices here are too steep also, especially when you can bag a better bargain at Top Man just down the road. This place has a great location which I do not believe it takes full advantage of and as such I would have to say this is a below par shopping experience.

‘Life is rough so you gotta be tough’ The illuminated Johnny Cash quote inside Jack & Jones might give the impression it’s a clothes store for hard living, hard drinking alpha males. One glance around however, and you’ll soon discover it’s a menswear store aimed at style conscious, twenty and thirty somethings. There’s the obligatory denim section with straight, skinny, stonewashed and engineered jeans alongside sweatshirts, hoodies, checked and flannel shirts and dozens of different graphic tee-shirts. I could see Johnny approving of the giant cardboard speakers in the window. Could I see him wearing any of the clothes though? Not a chance. He was The Man in Black, not The Hipster Student!
